Museum exhibit includes this model of the Dachau complex

The Dachau complex included a large SS Training Camp and Army Garrison, which is shown in the foreground of this photo of a model of the camp. The prison compound consisted of a rectangular space that was about 5 acres in size. The SS portion of the camp was four or five times as large as the prison compound.
