To get to Dachau from Munich, take S-Bahn No. 2, going towards Petershausen; trains run every half hour, and it takes about 20 minutes to get there. From the train station, take bus No. 726 to the end of the line at the corner of Pater-Roth-Strasse and Alter-Römer-Strasse, near the entrance to the Memorial Site.
