Himmler, the man on the far right in the picture, was the Munich Chief of Police who opened the first concentration camp at Dachau, and later became head of the SS and the Gestapo. He had the ultimate authority for all the Nazi concentration camps. This photograph was taken at the Dachau herb farm, north of the notorious concentration camp.
