Milord barn in Oradour-sur-Glane

The photo above shows a window that looks into the Milord barn. This window is on a short street that is directly across from Les Bordes road which goes east from the main street in the Lower Town.

The photo below shows the front of the Milord barn, taken on the west side of Rue de Emile Desourteaux, across from Les Bordes road.

The photo below shows a view of the inside of the Milord barn with the tower of the old church sticking up in the background. The window shown in the first photo above is on the left of the photo below.

The building shown in the photo below is the Milord Cafe and Hotel which is right next to the Milord barn. The church is behind the camera and to the left in this shot. The new town of Oradour-sur-Glane has a Milord Hotel with 8 rooms and a restaurant which serves fantastic meals.

On the day of the massacre, there were visitors from Paris who were having lunch at the Milord Cafe. The present day Milord Hotel in the new town of Oradour-sur-Glane serves such excellent meals that people from Paris might visit just for the food.
