Reconstructed ditch on west side of camp, tower B in background

As you leave the crematoria area, you will see another reconstructed ditch in front of the barbed-wire fence on the west side. A ditch similar to this one went around three sides of the camp. The service building and the bunker are on the fourth side. Behind the fence, hidden by the trees, the Würm river runs in a concrete-lined canal.
